House Hunting

Howard and I went to look at two houses on Saturday.  We really liked the first one that was situated on 3.5 acres.  It was a brick, 3 bedroom, 1 bath home for $89,000 with brand new hardwood floors, all new appliances and countertops, a completely redone stone backsplash, ceramic tile in the kitchen and this beautiful view from the front porch.

Lovely!  I'll take it.
